Fully automatic laser cutter for large items in stainless steel
The laser-machine at JP Industries is fully automated and provides perfect interfaces with very high precision. Our laser cutter handles even large items of plate sizes up to 2,000 x 4,000 mm and 20 mm in thickness.
Efficient, precise and gentle process
Laser cutting is an effective and gentle cutting method. The surface and the cut surfaces are smooth and because the stainless steel is heated only minimally by the process, the material retains all its properties and it will not deform.
The high precision also means a very low percentage of residues, as the plates are being utilized to the maximum.
Does not require additional tools
Although it requires preparation to set the fully automatic laser cutting machine, it’s still economical to choose the method even in small series, as it eliminates the cost of developing new tools.
